NET ZERO CONSTRUCTION

in 2020 we embarked on a new mission to design and build 4 Net-Zero Sustainable Houses in Aurora. Of which were designed and built by our mutual company Net Zero Development, previously called Kittredge Development. This was a fun and exciting task as we completed our first home in 2022 which totaled 4,427 Sq. Ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1 half bath, made of ICF Block and heated and cooled with geothermal technology along with 20-solar panels, and with features such as triple pane windows. We look forward to building the next house home in the Spring of 2024.
