I was contracted to help the Sanchez Family Add Some Exterior Improvements to their currently under construction Extraordinary Home. Below are the final pics, and the renderings and drawings showing my design process.

The first Feature of the Exterior Improvements was a complete Landscape Design and Plan

The Second Exterior Element that was added was a Cover for an Existing Sunken Patio. The Design Turned out Grand and Really adds an Emphasis the that Entry

The Third Proposed Exterior Element is a Covered Gazebo Area in the Rear of the Backyard this is to have a seating area, surrounded by Shrubs, Trees and Flowers
