COLORADO BLVD. DUPLEX/CITY PARK

I had fun designing this unique duplex in which each unit has 5 bedroooms and 5 bathrooms with large rooftop decks and a private balcony off the master bedroom with views of the City. It is conveniently located caddy corner from City Park and is close to all the amenities that downtown Denver offers. The finished sq. ft. per Duplex is 2,841 and it has a 2 car detached garage for each unit. Architecturally this is my favorite Duplex that I have had the opportunity to work on (Interior Design and Staging by others) More pics to come!
