This House Built in 1907 went through a Complete Remodel Adding a New Master Bedroom & Bath in a New 2nd Floor, and Finishing a New Basement converted from a Crawl Space. A Detached 2-Car Garage was also Added in the Rear of the Yard. The Main Level Plan was also Modified so that the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen were all One Big Unified Space.

This Home in Denver City Park Area underwent a complete remodel and added a 357 Sq. Ft. Second Level for a New Master Bedroom & Bath, additional 786 Sq. Ft. in a Finished Basement which was converted from a crawl space, and a New 600 Sq. Ft. 2-Car Garage. The original House which had only 977 Sq. Ft. had only 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath, but after the transformation added a total of 1,143 Sq. Ft. without having to do an Addition, totaling 2,120 Sq. Ft. and 5 Bedrooms, with 2-Full Baths, Plus a New Family Room and Leisure Area in the Basement.
